At Infinity Specialty Tapes, the wellbeing of our customers and associates remains an absolute priority. We understand the growing concern you may be experiencing surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are committed to being responsive as the situation continues to evolve.
Infinity Specialty Tapes is proud to be a U.S. based manufacturer and all our products are manufactured in-house, utilizing limited raw materials from overseas. With that said, we have the capabilities to produce nearly our entire product line internally and are not reliant on outside converting and manufacturing sources that may cause delays with production.
Our materials management team has been in continuous communication with key vendors and we have completed a review of our raw material supply chain. We have determined there is little risk of order delays due to the Coronavirus outbreak. If the situation changes, we will follow our standard processes and alert customers of affected orders as soon as possible.
Internally we are taking proper precautions to make sure our team stays healthy and equipped to provide continued customer support by utilizing hand sanitizer and hand washing stations, increasing cleaning procedures, limiting travel for employees, limiting visitors unless business critical and encouraging sick team members to stay at home.
Our partners at Duraco are also participating in these proper precautions and together we will continue monitoring this situation and adequately provide updates as needed.
