Across the nation we are all having to modify our daily lives in the face of the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We wanted to let you know that Infinity Specialty Tapes is continuing to monitor the news and staying up to date on any changing developments. Rest assured that the health and safety of our customers and associates continues to remain a top priority. Our hearts go out to those who have been impacted, and we understand the growing concern anyone may be experiencing.
As you may have read, the Governor of Massachusetts has issued an executive order directing Massachusetts residents to stay at home through at least April 7th, 2020 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. This order excludes certain businesses that are considered to be essential. Based on the customers and markets that Infinity Specialty Tapes serves, Infinity Specialty Tapes is an essential business and therefore will remain open throughout the stay at home order.
As a US-based local manufacturer, we are still up and operating as our products are manufactured in- house while utilizing limited resources from overseas. Our materials management team will continue to be in communication with key vendors to observe preventive precautions by overstocking our local warehouse to minimize interruption in production time. Our customer service team is fully equipped and available to handle any of your requests or questions.
As a part of our concern and persistent commitment to the health and safety of our employees, customers and associates, we have taken all proper precautions. This includes following the guidance of the Center for Disease Control and Preventions (CDC’s), following local government guidelines as well as national government regulations that have been put in place.
We will continue to monitor the situation and assess any adjustments that would be appropriate for the current evolving situation. Duraco, our partner company in Forest Park, Illinois has also been partaking in the same health and safety precautions and will also continue to work with us to adequately provide updates as needed.
