At Infinity Tapes, we are seeing a rise in damages to packages in transit.  Unfortunately, we do not believe this will change anytime soon as freight volumes will continue to stay high or might even increase for the holiday season.

Please note that it is important for you to inspect deliveries upon arrival and sign for them as damaged if you experience an issue with your order. We also ask that you take pictures and notify us right away if something doesn’t look right so that we can process claims and help you recover any losses in a timely and efficient manner.
